Please note: • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. • If the deposit is not received, the appointment will be cancelled. Deposit amount is $25 send to $zenariahayes or Apple Pay 680-254-1011 Effective immediately, Apple Pay and Cash App will only be accepted for deposits. These platforms will no longer be accepted for final balance payments or remaining amounts due. Going forward: • Deposits can still be made via Apple Pay or Cash App. • Final balances must be paid in CASH
